Service Requirements and Access. 1. In order to use Online Banking, you must agree to the Credit Union’s E-SIGN Disclosure. Online Banking is only accessible and available to members who agree and consent to receive communications electronically. By accepting the E-SIGN Disclosure, you are indicating your consent to receive via electronic means any required communication from us, including but not limited to tax statements and tax documents, required disclosures, loan and deposit statements, and member notices. We will send such e-mail notification of availability to Online Banking users, and you may access them by logging in to Online Banking. You may opt-out of receiving electronic communication by visiting us in person or by contacting us as provided above.
