SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, ORGANIZERS & COMMUNICATION STAFF. 7.1 Norm. The basis for determining the time organizing staff are to be at the disposal of the Party is: 7.1.1 Organizing staff shall work the number of hours required to do their job; 7.1.2 Where "do their job" has its common labour relations meaning: duties are performed and the standard of work is satisfactory. 7.2 This norm regulates both what the Party requires of staff and what Employees are obligated to provide. 7.3 There is no standard number of hours in any of a day, week, multi-week period, month or year that organizing staff shall work. However, excessive hours of work and/or conditions of work will be brought to the Employer's attention by the Employee. 7.4 The time spent by an Employee in doing their job: 7.4.1 Varies from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year;
