Common use of Service Times Clause in Contracts

Service Times. The Contractor shall ensure the availability of services listed in this contract at times appropriate to meet client service needs including, at a minimum, during normal business hours. Normal business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
