Customer Contract. Except to the extent the TRC exempts the Licensee from the requirements of this Section 3, the relationship between the Licensee and the Customers shall be governed by the terms of a Customer contract that incorporates standard terms and conditions approved in accordance with this Schedule. The Licensee shall not offer Public Telecommunications Services of any kind otherwise than pursuant to a Customer contract that incorporates approved standard terms and conditions, without the prior written consent of the TRC.
Customer Contract a. The Service Provider shall enter into a Customer Contract with each Customer within six (6) month of signing this SPA if no such contract exist. The Contract shall govern the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the Customer.
b. The Customer Contracts shall be in Accordance with Regulatory Board’s guidelines and/ or the Module Customer Contract approved by the Regulatory Board. The Licensee shall ensure that the Service Provider shall comply with these requirements.
Customer Contract a) The Provider shall enter into a Customer Contract with each Customer
b) The Customer contracts shall be fair and reasonable and in accordance with WASREB guidelines
Customer Contract a. When we supply a service to you, the terms and conditions of supply consists of:
i. These Basic Conditions; and
ii. any applicable Product Group Conditions; and
iii. any applicable Service Conditions; and
iv. the applicable items in the Price List; and
v. any applicable Special Conditions.
b. Together, those terms and conditions and items are called the “Customer Contract”.
Customer Contract. 15.1. We may delete any of your data lef on a shared web server afer the end of this customer contract.
15.2. You are solely responsible for downloading any data that you wish to retain from or associated with your web site, before the end of this customer contract.
15.3. We are not responsible for the loss of any data associated with your web site because you failed to back up it up.
15.4. If any data is lef on a web site the end of the customer contract, we may back it up or duplicate it in any manner we think is suitable, but we do not have to.
Customer Contract. Customer Contract" means an agreement for the provision of any product or services to a customer in the ordinary course of the Company's business and on a non-exclusive basis.

All Customers shall be advised that, upon their breach of the Customer Contract, they shall be liable and responsible for payment in accordance with Ritz-Xxxxxxx'x xxxtomary payment terms and any other damages Ritz-Xxxxxxx xxx suffer. The Customer Contract shall include standard exculpation and limitation of liability provisions for the benefit of fligxxxxxx.xxx(XX). Ritz-Xxxxxxx xxx Customers shall each be bound by the provisions of the Customer Contract to the extent that they relate to the Services.
Customer Contract. Between the parties and for the legal relationship underlying this License Agreement for the preparation and remuneration of contractual software ("Customer Contract"), the contractual arrangements stipulated by the parties (order, order confirmation, performance/tender specifications, product descriptions, project contract, etc.) shall apply in connection with the General Commercial Terms and Conditions by prisma. These Terms and Conditions are enclosed in Annex 1 with this Agreement and – in relation to any possible purchase conditions and/or other general commercial terms and conditions by the customer – they shall be used solely for the Customer Contract.

a. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between them, the parts of the Customer Contract have the following order of priority, from highest to lowest:
i. Special Conditions;
Customer Contract. Nothing in this Agreement shall invalidate the terms of the Customer Contract which shall have full force and effect. However, this Agreement shall prevail in the event of a conflict with the Customer Contract in terms of the specific subject matter of this Agreement.
