Services Available for an Additional Charge. The following services are not included in the Services, but Xxxxx will make such services available for additional charges. Service for accessories; Inspection of Machines, including, but not limited to, inspection of altered Machines or damaged Machines; Replacement or addition of maintenance parts, or any increase in service time, associated with the installation by Xxxxx of an engineering change, required due to model conversions, including, but not limited to, upgrades and downgrades between models and Machine types or installation or removal of a Xxxxx feature whenever any of these activities was performed by third parties. Rearrangement or relocation of Machines or provision of necessary materials necessary for rearrangement or relocation; Replacement of a part not furnished for the Machine by Xxxxx with a directly interchangeable Xxxxx maintenance part, and any increase in service time associated with such activity, except that Xxxxx will not replace any part that is included in an alteration; Furnishing consumable supplies, including, but not limited to, ribbons, toner, printheads, developer, and fusers. Unavailable Services. Xxxxx does not provide the following services except under a separate written agreement covering them. Painting or refinishing the Machines or furnishing materials associated therewith; Electrical work external to the Machines; Installation, maintenance, or removal of alterations or attachments to the Machines; Any service that is impractical for Xxxxx to render because of alterations in, or attachments to, the Machines; or Any service that the applicable Quotation excludes.

Related to Services Available for an Additional Charge

  • Records Available for Audit The Party shall maintain all records pertaining to performance under this agreement. “Records” means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

  • Operating Costs The Assuming Institution agrees, during its period of use of any Leased Data Management Equipment, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of any existing Leased Data Management Equipment leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, maintenance, utilities, insurance and assessments.
