Upgrades and Downgrades. If you choose to upgrade your Subscription in the middle of a Subscription period, such upgrade will take effect immediately and any incremental fees associated with such upgrade will be charged in accordance with this Agreement. In any future Renewal Term, the fees will reflect any such upgrades. If you choose to downgrade a Subscription, the downgrade will take effect as of the first day of the next Renewal Term. Downgrading a Subscription may cause loss of content, features, or capacity of the Services as available, and Optimoz does not accept any liability for such loss.
Upgrades and Downgrades. 5.1. An application by the Customer to change the bandwidth range or technical characteristics of an existing FTTH/FTTB line from that which was originally reflected in the Customer’s order, shall be regarded as an application to upgrade (to a higher band- width) or downgrade (to a lower bandwidth) and not as an application to terminate the Services and Products.
Upgrades and Downgrades. The Employer agrees that it will not downgrade the salary grade in which a particular job classification is placed without bilateral agreement with the Union. The Employer agrees that it will not upgrade the salary grade in which a particular job classification is placed without prior negotiations with the Union. The President of the Wyoming County General Unit (CSEA) shall be notified in writing at least twenty (20) work days in advance of any intended change in salary grade, and shall be given the opportunity to confer with designated representatives of the Employer prior to the implementation of any change. However, it is agreed that the Employer may at its discretion without notification, consultation or bargaining increase the wages of only the following specific titles throughout the life of this Agreement: Registered Professional Nurse, Public Health Nurse, Community Health Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, Respiratory Therapist and Physical Therapist. Those titles listed above shall also include such titles containing prefixes or other descriptions to those listed above (Example: Senior Radiologic Technician or LPN I, LPN II).
Upgrades and Downgrades. An employee either permanently assigned or temporarily assigned for more than one day to a higher graded job classification will receive, coincident with the effective date of the assignment, a base rate increase of 35 cents per hour for each labour grade increase or to the minimum of the new labour grade whichever is the greater. An employee permanently assigned to a lower graded job classification will receive, coincident with the effective date of the assignment, a base rate reduction of 35 cents per hour for each labour grade reduction or to the maximum of the new labour grade whichever is the lesser. An employee assigned to a lower graded job classification for reasons of medical disability will retain their base rate for a period of eighteen (18) months. If the employee recovers from the condition causing the disability within this eighteen (18) month period, they will be returned to their previously held classification upon such recovery. The medical assignment will become a permanent reassignment after eighteen (18) months with the appropriate rate reduction. The Company will maintain records of such medical assignments and will provide the information to the Union upon request. Thirty (30) days prior to the eighteen (18) month period expiring, the Company and the Union will meet to discuss the permanent reassignment. An employee who is receiving the maximum base rate for their job classification at the time they are permanently assigned to a lower graded job classification will, if returned to the formerly held higher graded job classification during the life of this Agreement, be paid the maximum base rate applicable to that job classification.
Upgrades and Downgrades. An upgrade or downgrade (if applicable) of Customer’s Services will not result in a pro-rated refund due to client this includes, but is not limited to, any Customer requests to remove user licenses from the account during any then-current term. Upgrades are effective immediately, Company will charge Customer any associated Fee increases as of the date the upgraded features are made available to Customer.
Upgrades and Downgrades. An upgrade or downgrade is defined as being a SITA accepted and validated, WLP requested change. This must be provided in writing, using the agreed SITA ordering interface.

Where Verizon offers alternative access speeds, Customer may request changes (subject to the following clauses) of Local Access by signing a new Contract and Customer will be responsible for signing a new commitment term and pay early termination charges if applicable, as specified below. Customer will be responsible for any third party charges incurred by the Verizon in order to implement the requested changes or any termination. Customer may request the move of the Local Access during the initial Service Commitment to a new location. This request has to be quoted on an individual case basis and may require the installation of a new Local Access circuit. In this event Customer will pay the early termination charges and the new Local Access will include the new NRC and MRC corresponding to the new Local Access circuit. New Customers will have a three-billing-cycle calibration window in which Ruby will process subscription upgrades and downgrades at any time and apply the change to your current monthly billing period. Returning Customers will not have a three-billing-cycle calibration window.
