Common use of Services During Construction Clause in Contracts

Services During Construction.  Attend a pre‐construction meeting with the Contractor and City to prepare for the project.  Review and respond to requests for information from the Contractor.  Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and conformance to construction documents.  Assist in the review and negotiation of change orders.  Participate in weekly construction progress meetings as needed.  Prepare record drawings based on Contractor red‐lines.
