Common use of Services License Clause in Contracts

Services License. As between You and Exabytes, Exabytes or its affiliates or licensors own and reserve all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services. Exabytes grants You a limited, revocable, non---exclusive, non---sublicensable, non---transferrable license to do the following during the Term: a) Access and use the Services solely in accordance with this Agreement; and b) Copy and use the Exabytes Content solely in connection with Your permitted use of the Services. Except as provided in this Section, You obtain no rights under this Agreement from Exabytes or its licensors to the Services, including any related intellectual property rights. Some Exabytes Content may be provided to You under a separate license, such as the Windows Server License, the Apache Software License, in which case that license will govern Your use of that Exabytes Content.
