EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. This SLA covers only the equipment, software and services in the table below. This list may be updated at any time, with agreement from both the client and supplier. EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. ETA will provide hardware and software for the implementation of the System as outlined in the initial ETA Proposal under the System Description (hardware and software) section. This will include 24/7 access to ETA’s SPOT® (Fleet Management Web Application), mobile data terminal, and GPS location software integrated with SPOT, Android, and iOS versions of the SPOT mobile rider application and EnGraph’s ParaPlan software. ETA will further provide bug fixes, firmware updates, upgrades, and new releases of all applications, as set forth in the ETA proposal. ETA will provide the City with installation, activation, training, access to ETA’s SPOT® (Fleet Management Web Application) and EnGraph’s ParaPlan application, email and phone support, software upgrades, daily account monitoring, and all associated wireless cellular data service, provided the City is not in breach of any obligation under the Agreement.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Required hardware and software The minimum system requirements for using the DocuSign system may change over time. The current system requirements are found here: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/signer-guide- signing-system-requirements.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Equipment and Software To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Software Products Save as otherwise set forth in the Agreement, the right to use any Software Product is personal to the Licensee, for its own internal use, and is non-transferable, except with the Licensor’s prior written consent, in which case the Licensee shall cause the assignee or sub-licensee to agree to the terms of this Software License.

  • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.
