Services Offerings. We and/or our licensors reserve all rights, titles and interests in and to the Services, derivative works thereof, and anything developed or delivered by or on behalf of us under this Agreement.
Services Offerings. 1.4.1. Sprint shall provide CLEC with access to new services, features and functions concurrent with Sprint's notice to CLEC of such changes, if such service, feature or function is installed and available in the network or as soon thereafter as it is installed and available in the network, so that CLEC may conduct market testing.
Services Offerings. Services available under this Contract are limited to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Cloud Broker Services as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their services offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of the RFO and services awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add services which were not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
Services Offerings. The Product Fees do not include installation, implementation, training, maintenance and support or Software Updates with respect to the Products. Exhibit A includes additional terms and conditions under which LightRiver may offer Services to Customer from time to time.
Services Offerings. We and/or our licensors retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, titles and interests in and to the Services (including any underlying software programs and all of its portions, reproductions and modifications), derivative works thereof, and anything developed or delivered by or on behalf of us under this Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant you any rights, titles and interests in and to the Services.
