Services Provided by Digimarc Group to the DMRC Group. The Digimarc Group shall provide the DMRC Group, to the extent such Services may be requested by the DMRC Group from time to time for the term of this Agreement, the following Services set forth in this Section 1.3 (“Digimarc Services”). Any additional services to be provided by the Digimarc Group but not specifically detailed in the schedules to this Section 1.3 (collectively, the “Digimarc Services Schedules”), or any change in the fees to be charged from those set forth on any Digimarc Services Schedule, shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties as an amendment to the applicable schedule.
