Accounting and Tax Services. The Servicer shall arrange for such accounting and tax services and advice (which may be provided by the Servicer's internal staff, to the extent available) as shall be reasonably necessary or appropriate in connection with the structuring of lease or sale transactions with respect to the Aircraft Assets or for any other purpose that the Servicer reasonably determines is necessary in connection with the performance of the Services.
Accounting and Tax Services. The DMRC Group shall provide each of the accounting and tax services specified in Schedule 1.2.1 (the “DMRC Accounting and Tax Services”) to the Digimarc Group, in accordance with the terms and conditions for such DMRC Accounting and Tax Services, and at the applicable rates, fees and charges associated with such DMRC Accounting and Tax Services, as set forth on Schedule 1.2.1.

The Digimarc Group shall provide each of the accounting and tax services specified in Schedule 1.3.1 (the “Digimarc Accounting and Tax Services”) to the DMRC Group, in accordance with the terms and conditions for such Digimarc Accounting and Tax Services, and at the applicable rates, fees and charges associated with such Digimarc Accounting and Tax Services, as set forth on Schedule 1.3.1.
Accounting and Tax Services. The Servicer shall arrange for such accounting and tax services and advice (which may be provided by the Servicer's internal staff, to the extent available) as shall be reasonably necessary or appropriate in connection with the structuring of lease, sale or financing transactions with respect to the Aircraft Assets or for any other purpose that the Servicer reasonably determines is necessary in connection with the performance of the Services; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Servicer shall not be responsible for arranging for any accounting services with respect to the preparation of any management accounts or any financial statements of any Person within the LIFT Group, any footnotes thereto or any audits thereof.
Accounting and Tax Services. The Manager shall, on behalf of Euromar and each of the Owners, establish an accounting system, including the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of internal control over financial reporting and disclosure controls and procedures, and maintain Books and Records, with such modifications as may be necessary to comply with all Applicable Laws. The Books and Records shall contain particulars of all receipts and disbursements relating to Euromar's and each of the Owners' assets and liabilities and shall be kept pursuant to normal commercial practices that will enable financial statements to be prepared for Euromar and each of the Owners in accordance with GAAP. The Books and Records shall be the property of Euromar but shall be kept at the Manager's primary office or such other place as may be agreed. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all of the Books and Records shall be provided promptly to Euromar or to such party as directed by Euromar. At all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, any Person authorised by Euromar or its Members may inspect, examine, copy and audit the Books and Records kept by the Manager pursuant to this Agreement. The Manager shall prepare and provide, in accordance with GAAP as applicable, to Euromar, each of the following
Accounting and Tax Services. AGLSC will provide all accounting and tax services required by SouthStar. This will include the quarterly production of financial statements suitable to the Members and their respective auditors. This will also include management reporting as required by SouthStar’s Members. Tax Services will include the preparation and payment for all property and transaction tax returns, oversight of all tax audits, completion of tax research and advice regarding new tax matters.
Accounting and Tax Services. The Company and CAPS have previously entered into the Accounting Services Agreement. The Company agrees to maintain such Accounting Services Agreement in full force and effect and not to terminate, amend, modify or fail to renew such agreement, without the written consent of CAPS. Without limiting the forgoing, the Company agrees that CAPS shall at all times have full and exclusive authority, unless otherwise agreed by CAPS, to provide, direct and manage all accounting, treasury, funds management and finance functions for the Company, including without limitation, maintaining the Company’s books and records, managing the Company’s funds, including receipts and disbursements, overseeing the preparation of tax returns, and preparing financial statements. The Company agrees that CAPS shall have full access to all Company records and information requested by CAPS in connection therewith.

Accounting and Tax Services. DISH or its designee shall provide each of the accounting and tax services specified in Schedule 2.1.8 (the “Accounting and Tax Services”) to the Company or its Subsidiaries, in accordance with the terms and conditions for such Accounting and Tax Services listed on Schedule 2.1.8.
Accounting and Tax Services. Provide services, assistance and advice in connection with the installation and operation of accounting systems and similar special projects. Perform duties in conformity with the requirements of regulatory bodies and the U.S. Treasury with respect to accounting and tax compliance, and internal and external audits. Prepare and analyze financial and operating reports and other statistical matters relating to users of Client Company's financial information. Prepare annual and interim reports to shareholders, regulatory bodies, rating agencies, prospective investors and others. Provide accounts payable accounting services and process payments to vendors. Provide asset and project accounting services and make available fixed asset and utility plant and property accounting systems, and perform other accounting, tax and financial duties as requested by Client Company.
