Common use of Services & School Office Equipment Clause in Contracts

Services & School Office Equipment. The reasonable use of school office equipment such as designated typewriters, duplicating equipment and audio- visual equipment, provided that such use shall not interfere with the Employer’s use, shall not require the services of any non-bargaining unit employee, and shall not be used by any employee in such manner as to interfere with the discharge of his/her employment duties or the discharge of the duties of any other employee. The Employer shall be promptly reimbursed by the Association for all supplies used and for any damage.
