Common use of Services & School Office Equipment Clause in Contracts

Services & School Office Equipment. The reasonable use of school office equipment such as designated typewriters, duplicating equipment and audio- visual equipment, provided that such use shall not interfere with the Employer’s use, shall not require the services of any non-bargaining unit Employee, and shall not be used by any Employee in such manner as to interfere with the discharge of his employment duties or the discharge of the duties of any other Employee. The Employer shall be promptly reimbursed by the Association for all supplies used and for any damage.
