Common use of Services Standard Clause in Contracts

Services Standard. Provider agrees to own (as applicable) and operate and maintain, or cause to be operated and maintained, at its sole cost, risk and expense, the Terminals System, the Provider Tank Cars and the other facilities, in each case, as are necessary to provide the System Services contemplated in this Agreement in accordance with the then-current Development Plan and Terminals System Plan and in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in the industry.

Services Standard. Provider agrees to own (as applicable) and operate own, operate, and maintain, or cause to be owned, operated and maintained, at its sole cost, risk and expenseexpense (as between the Parties), the Terminals System, the Provider Tank Cars each Plant System and the other facilities, in each case, as are necessary to provide the System Services contemplated in this Agreement with respect to such Plant System in accordance with the then-current Development Plan and Terminals System Plan and in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in the industryindustry in the geographic area where such Plant System is located.

Services Standard. Provider agrees to own (as applicable) and operate and maintain, or cause to be operated and maintained, at its sole cost, risk and expense, the Terminals System, the Provider Tank Cars and the other facilities, in each case, as are facilities necessary to provide the System Services contemplated in this Agreement in accordance with the then-current Development Plan and Terminals System Plan and in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in the industry.
