System Services. Customer hereby grants to Vyve the non-exclusive right to install, operate, inspect, maintain, modify, repair, replace, relocate and remove a coaxial cable, fiber and/or wireless communication services distribution system (the “System”) and to market, sell and provide multichannel video, data, phone and other services (“Service Offerings”) to and from the Premises. Vyve will install and maintain the System at the Premises at its sole cost and expense, in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with good engineering practices and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
System Services. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and rights of all applicable Governmental Authorities, during the Term, Gatherer shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following services with respect to Shipper Crude Oil, in each case, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (collectively, the “System Services”):

Services shall meet availability requirements according to their category, as listed in the "Cat." column below. In addition, various services must meet the performance requirements listed in the "Perf." column below. System Services. Depending upon the Services selected by Customer and authorized by the Bank, Customer can use the System to check the balance of Customer’s accounts, view account histories, transfer funds between Customer’s accounts, make stop payment requests, view checks, pay bills from Customer’s accounts in the amounts and on the dates requested, conduct wire transfers, and initiate ACH debits and credits. The availability of the System Services is subject to rules of operation set from time to time by the Bank, including posting, balance, and account activity. Customer agrees to familiarize itself, and to ensure familiarity by all of its Users, with all user guides, operational rules and policies established from time to time by the Bank regarding the System Services, and further agrees that it and all of its Users will comply with such rules and policies when utilizing the System. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that there may be delays in the posting of off-System transactional activity on the System from certain of Customer’s accounts, and Customer shall familiarize itself, and ensure familiarity by all of its Users, with the Bank’s procedures for updating account information as shown on the System.
System Services. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and rights of all applicable Governmental Authorities, during the Term, Provider shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following services with respect to Customer Hydrocarbons, in each case, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (collectively, the “System Services”): TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).
System Services. Depending upon the System Services selected by you and authorized by the Bank, you can use the System to check the balance of your accounts, view account histories, transfer funds between your accounts, make stop payment requests, view checks, make loan payments to your accounts, and pay bills from your accounts in the amounts and on the dates requested. The availability of the System Services is subject to rules of operation set from time to time by the Bank, including posting balance and account activity. You agree to familiarize yourself with all operational rules and policies established from time to time by the Bank regarding the System Services, and agree to comply with such rules and policies when utilizing the System. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that there may be delays in the posting of off-System transactional activity on the System from certain of your accounts, and you shall familiarize yourself with the Bank’s procedures for updating account information as shown on the System.
System Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the Term, District and District Users (as defined below) may access and use the System for the benefit of District’s students, but only with respect to the schools identified on Exhibit A hereto. Exhibit A may be amended for future school years to include additional District schools. District is responsible for the actions of all District Users and other District employees and agents, for ensuring that only District Users are provided access to the System (including ensuring ID and password security), and that access of District Users is limited to that portion of the System and District Data (as defined below) as is reasonably necessary in order to fulfill the purposes of this Agreement. “District Users” means District employees, students and such students’ parents or guardians holding a valid ID and password to use the System issued by the District.
System Services. The Parties shall comply with the operational security standards specified in § 6 by ensuring the availability of system services within their own subsystems. When this is possible, the Parties can co-ordinate and exchange system services with each other. During the exchange of such system services, the pricing shall be based on the costs incurred by the respective Party when obtaining access to and utilizing the system services within its own subsystem. The Parties shall work towards harmonisation of the terms and conditions in order to gain access to system services from companies within the respective subsystem. System services are described in Appendix 6.
