Common use of Services Standard Clause in Contracts

Services Standard. Gatherer agrees to own, operate, and maintain, at its sole cost, risk and expense, the Gathering System and the other facilities, in each case, necessary to provide the System Services contemplated in this Agreement in accordance with the then-current Development Plan and Gathering System Plan and in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in the industry in the geographic area where the Gathering System is located. TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
