Servicio técnico "Premium". Durante el Período de Mantenimiento, el Cliente tiene derecho a recibir un servicio técnico "premium". El Cliente podrá presentar las incidencias por e-mail o llamando a la línea de ayuda de iGrafx. iGrafx responderá dentro de un plazo de tiempo razonable por e-mail o por teléfono y hará un esfuerzo razonable para atender todas las consultas. El Cliente enviará a iGrafx un listado de los resultados y cualquier otra información que solicite iGrafx razonablemente, con el fin de reproducir condiciones operativas similares a las existentes cuando el Cliente detectó el error. El servicio técnico sólo está disponible en los países e idiomas seleccionados, tal y como especifica iGrafx. En Norte América, el horario del servicio técnico es de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 PST, excepto en los xxxx de vacaciones de iGrafx. En Europa, el horario del servicio técnico es de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 17:00 CET (horario de Europa central), excepto en los xxxx de vacaciones de iGrafx. Es posible que iGrafx o sus socios autorizados cubran otros lugares geográficos en sus respectivos países.   • Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

  • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.
