Shift Premium definition

Shift Premium. Employees shall be paid a Shift Premium of forty-five cents ($.45) per hour for all awake hours worked in response to a situation as defined in 17.01. No shift premium shall apply to regular sleep hours.
Shift Premium. A shift premium of fifty ($0.50) cents per hour will be paid for any shift commencing at or after 12:00 noon and before 8:00 p.m. A shift premium of seventy ($0.70) cents per hour will be paid for any shift commencing at or after 8:00 p.m. and before or at 4:00 a.m. Effective November 1, 2017, a shift premium of sixty-five ($0.65) cents per hour will be paid for any shift commencing at or after 12:00 noon and before 8:00 p.m. A shift premium of eighty-five ($0.85) cents per hour will be paid for any shift commencing at or after 8:00 p.m. and before or at 4:00 a.m.
Shift Premium. The Corporation will pay a 12% premium for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m. to all regular Injury Adjuster employees working at the CCIC working any full shift that starts prior to 12:01 p.m. and extends beyond 6:00 p.m. Any shift starting after 12:01 p.m. will receive a 12% shift premium in accordance with Article 13.
