Common use of Settlement Administration Costs Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administration Costs. The Settlement Administrator’s costs and expenses, not to exceed $20,000, shall be paid from the Total Settlement Amount.

Settlement Administration Costs. The Settlement Administrator’s Administration costs and expenses, are estimated not to exceed $20,000, 17,500.00 and shall be paid from the Total Gross Settlement Amount. A copy of the Settlement Administrator’s invoice shall be provided to the Court with Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement. The Parties agree to cooperate in the settlement administration process and to make all reasonable efforts to control and minimize the costs incurred in the administration of the Settlement.
