Common use of Settlement Administration Costs Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administration Costs. The Settlement Administrator shall be paid for the costs of administration of the Settlement from the Maximum Settlement Fund. The estimate of the Settlement Administration Costs is not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00). The Settlement Administrator shall be paid the Settlement Administration Costs no later than thirty (30) calendar days after Defendant provides funds to the Settlement Administrator for disbursement under this Agreement.

Settlement Administration Costs. The Settlement Administration Costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator as a result of the procedures and processes expressly required by this Settlement Agreement shall be paid for the costs of administration out of the Gross Settlement from the Maximum Settlement Fund. A copy of the Settlement Administrator’s invoice shall be provided to the Court with Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement. The Parties agree to cooperate in the settlement administration process and to make all reasonable efforts to control and minimize the costs of incurred in the administration of the Settlement from the Maximum Settlement Fund. The estimate of the Settlement Administration Costs is not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00). The Settlement Administrator shall be paid the Settlement Administration Costs no later than thirty (30) calendar days after Defendant provides funds to the Settlement Administrator for disbursement under this AgreementSettlement.
