Settlement Administration Fees. The Settlement Fund amount provided by Defendant, or on behalf of Defendant, will pay the entirety of the Notice and Administrative Expenses, including the cost of Notice. The Parties agree to review competitive bids for the settlement administration fees and to rely upon postcard reminder notice, all in order to contain the administration costs while still providing effective notice to the Settlement Class. Notice and Administrative Expenses shall be paid through the Settlement Fund and will not be paid beyond the amount of the Settlement Fund.
Settlement Administration Fees. Defendant will pay the entirety of the Costs of Claims Administration, including the cost of notice to Settlement Class Members as discussed in section 10 below and in accordance with the Preliminary Approval Order.
