Settlement Fund Amount definition

Settlement Fund Amount means one million three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,325,000) payable in lawful money of the United States, and any interest earned on that amount.
Settlement Fund Amount means eighty-two million five hundred thousand dollars ($82,500,000.00) payable in lawful money of the United States, and any interest earned on amounts held in the Escrow Account.

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • Class Interest Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class and each Distribution Date, an amount equal to interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the applicable Interest Rate on the Class Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
