Cost of Notice. All costs related to the giving of notice of this Settlement and related matters as part of the Article 77 Proceeding shall be borne by Bank of America and/or Countrywide.
Cost of Notice. SSM shall pay the cost for Class Notice in addition to the amounts specified in § 7.1 above. In the event that the Settlement Agreement does not become Final for any reason, SSM shall have no recourse to recover amounts expended for Class Notice.
Cost of Notice. All Notice Expenses shall be paid from the Cash Settlement Amount as described in paragraph 43 below.
Cost of Notice. From the aggregate amount of the Fee Award, Plaintiffs’ Counsel will pay the cost for the notice program as part of the settlement administration, not to exceed $50,000. Defendants will pay any amount in excess of $50,000 for the notice program.
