Settlement Facilities. (a) Subject to paragraph (b), the Operator and all Market Participants must use the Austraclear electronic cash transfer system for the payment of amounts specified in Final Statements.

Settlement Facilities. Subject to clause A.10.1(ggggg), AEMO and the Auction Participant must use the electronic cash transfer system designated by AEMO for the payment of amounts under this Agreement. AEMO must ensure that an electronic funds transfer facility is made available to the Auction Participant and AEMO for use: if the designated electronic cash transfer system is not available for Auction Settlement; or where agreed or determined by AEMO for the payment of ad hoc amounts under this Agreement between AEMO and the Auction Participant. AEMO and each Auction Participant must submit any matching receipt details required to enable another party to make a payment under this Agreement through the designated electronic cash transfer system.

  • Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to Reconex.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
