Settlement Implementation Costs. Defendant shall bear all reasonable costs of retaining the Claims Administrator to effectuate the Settlement and providing Class Notice in the manner prescribed in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Settlement Implementation Costs. TCP shall bear the costs of providing notice to the Class in the manner prescribed in Section 3.3 of this Settlement Agreement and the costs associated with independent administration of benefits by the Claims Administrator. The Parties agree, however, that the maximum amount of fees and costs associated with the Claims Administrator for administration costs, notice costs (including any paid Internet publication notice costs), and any other related costs (including, but not limited to, distribution) will not exceed $1,000,000. Plaintiffs agree that TCP will not be obligated to pay more than $1,000,000 for all claims administration costs, the cost of providing notice of the proposed Settlement to the Class, and all related costs (including, but not limited to, distribution).
Settlement Implementation Costs. All reasonable costs of retaining the Claims Administrator to effectuate the Settlement and provide Full Class Notice in the manner prescribed in this Agreement shall be paid from the Common Fund.

SeaWorld shall bear the cost of notice and administration of this Settlement Agreement, including the cost of creating, printing, and mailing notice to Settlement Class Members. The Parties agree to work together in good faith to keep the costs of administering this Settlement Agreement to a minimum.
