Other Related Costs. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in this Agreement, and notwithstanding the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereunder the parties shall bear their respective costs and expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation, execution of this Agreement and the performance of the obligations hereunder, including but not limited to, any agency fees.
Other Related Costs. Any domestic or foreign related costs arising from the terms of this Trust Agreement, investment instructions, or other market- related agreements, or the use of trust funds, including but not limited to the costs and fees stipulated in the contract and Bank SinoPac's service fees, shall be borne by the Client. Bank SinoPac may deduct these directly from the Client's redemption funds or debit/credit account.
