Full Class Notice definition

Full Class Notice means the legal notice of the terms of the proposed Settlement, as approved by Plaintiffs’ Counsel, Defendant’s Counsel, and the Court, to be distributed according to a Notice Plan approved by the Court. The Full Class Notice shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1 hereto, and/or any different or additional notice that might be ordered by the Court.
Full Class Notice means the notice that will be posted on the Settlement website and mailed to any member of the Settlement Class who requests a hard copy, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Full Class Notice means the notice of the terms of the proposed Settlement to be distributed according to the Notice Plan. The Full Class Notice shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A.

Examples of Full Class Notice in a sentence

  • All reasonable costs of retaining the Claims Administrator to effectuate the Settlement and provide Full Class Notice in the manner prescribed in this Agreement shall be paid from the Common Fund.

  • The balance of the Common Fund after deducting notice and administration costs and any fees, costs, and incentive payment awarded by the Court, shall be paid to those Class Members who submit a valid claim, as determined by the Claims Administrator, within forty-five (45) days after commencement of the distribution of the Full Class Notice.

Full Class Notice means the Full Class Notice of the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Plaintiff’s Counsel, Gucci’s Counsel, and the Court to be provided to Class Members pursuant to Section 3.2 of this Agreement. Related to Full Class Notice

  • Class Notice means the COURT APPROVED NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND HEARING DATE FOR FINAL COURT APPROVAL, to be mailed to Class Members in English in the form, without material variation, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Investor Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.

  • Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).

  • Repurchase Response Notice means a notice delivered by the Indenture Trustee at the direction of the Administrator to a Noteholder or Note Owner indicating that a Repurchase Request is unresolved.

  • Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

  • Notice of Election means the one or more notices of election (in such form as the Manager may approve) which the Manager will, at its discretion, send to each Unitholder and through which each Unitholder may indicate whether they wish to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Disagreement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3.1(b).

  • Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.

  • Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.

  • Step-In Notice has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).

  • Minimum Offering Notice means a written notification, signed by Broker, pursuant to which the Broker shall represent (1) that subscriptions for the Minimum Offering have been received, (2) that, to the best of Broker’s knowledge after due inquiry and review of its records, Cash Investment Instruments in full payment for that number of Shares equal to or greater than the Minimum Offering have been received, deposited with and collected by NCPS, (3) and that such subscriptions have not been withdrawn, rejected or otherwise terminated, and (4) that the Subscribers have no statutory or regulatory rights of rescission without cause or all such rights have expired.

  • Participating Class Member means a Class Member who does not submit a valid and timely Request for Exclusion from the Settlement.

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.

  • Plan Objection Deadline means the date the Bankruptcy Court establishes as the deadline to File an objection to Confirmation of the Plan.
