Common use of Settling Disputes Clause in Contracts

Settling Disputes. If any dispute, claim, question or difference arises out of or in connection with this Agreement, or in respect of any legal relationship associated with or derived from this Agreement, other than a matter referred to in Section 19.2 (a “Dispute”), the Parties shall attempt to settle the Dispute by negotiation. If the Dispute has not been resolved, for any reason, within fifteen (15) Business Days following delivery of a notice of Dispute, the Dispute will be resolved by arbitration as provided in Section 19.3.

If the Dispute has not been resolved, for any reason, within fifteen (15) 15 Business Days following delivery of a notice of Dispute, the Dispute will be resolved by arbitration as provided in Section 19.321.3.

If the Dispute has not been resolved, for any reason, within fifteen (15) 15 Business Days following delivery of a notice of Dispute, the Dispute will be resolved by arbitration as provided in Section 19.39.3.

If the Dispute has not been resolved, for any reason, within fifteen (15) 30 Business Days following delivery of a notice of Dispute, the Dispute will be resolved by arbitration as provided in Section 19.39.8(2).
