Seventeenth Year of Service. Employees, during their seventeenth (17th) and up to their twenty-first (21st) year of service shall earn one hundred and seventy-five (175) hours annual vacation at their regular rate of pay or ten percent (10%) of their annual gross earnings, whichever is greater.
