Common use of SEVEREABILITY CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

SEVEREABILITY CLAUSE. If any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be amended or deleted in so far as is reasonably consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and to the extent necessary to conform to applicable law and the remaining provision of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable in accordance with their terms.
