Sewage Water System. The design shall be prepared for the whole system, including connection points from the open container storage areas, discharge structure and a treatment plant in accordance with Applicable Law, Permits and Good Industry Practice. All buildings have to be connected to the sewage network. Dimension of waste water treatment plant shall be sufficient to treat the accumulation of sewage water from all terminal facilities. Sewage water shall flow through gravity flow and pressure pipes (depending on distances to be covered) towards the waste water treatment plant. Treated water shall be discharged directly into the sea by an outlet. In areas where detergents are handled (e.g. container washing area), a coalescence separator with integrated mud separator and a subsequent monitor and sampling manhole shall be installed before connected to the general sewage system.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.
