Examples of Storage Areas in a sentence

  • The Storage Areas shall be considered part of the Premises under this Lease except that no Rent shall be payable by Tenant for such Storage Areas.

  • Landlord hereby grants to Tenant the right to construct additional bicycle storage areas (“Additional Bicycle Storage Areas”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, pursuant and subject to the terms of this Section 5.4.2. Any Additional Bicycle Storage Area(s) shall be deemed an “Alteration” under this Lease, and the terms and conditions of Article 8 below shall apply to such Additional Bicycle Storage Area(s).

  • Tenant shall pay to Landlord rent for the Additional Bicycle Storage Areas on a monthly basis in an amount equal to the rate Tenant would be charged by Landlord from time to time for such parking passes pursuant to Article 28 of this Lease.

  • The number of parking spaces used by Tenant as Additional Bicycle Storage Areas shall count toward the total number of parking passes allocated to Tenant as set forth in Section 9 of the Summary during the Lease Term.
