Following Termination 10.2.1 the Parties will agree the procedure for administering the Insurance Business current at the time of termination;
Obligations Following Termination If a Non-Defaulting Party terminates this Agreement pursuant to this Section 13(b), then following such termination, Seller shall, at the sole cost and expense of the Defaulting Party, remove the equipment (except for mounting pads and support structures) constituting the System. The Non-Defaulting Party shall take all commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate its damages as the result of a Default Event.
Transfer of Project Records Following Termination Following the termination of this Agreement for any reason, Contractor, without additional compensation, will provide any and all records relating to the goods and/or services provided by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement to the District and any other vendors that the District may engage to provide the same or similar goods and/or services in the future. Without additional compensation, Contractor shall in good faith cooperate with the District and any other vendors that the District may engage to ensure a smooth transition from Contractor to another vendor and to minimize any disruption in the provision of goods and/or services provided by Contractor to the District.

(All contracts in excess of $10,000) Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for cause after giving the vendor an appropriate opportunity and up to 30 days, to cure the causal breach of terms and conditions. ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for convenience with 30 days notice in writing to the awarded vendor. The vendor would be compensated for work performed and goods procured as of the termination date if for convenience of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members. Right of Termination and Re-Entry In the event of any breach of the payment of rent or any other allowed charge, or other breach of this Lease, Landlord shall have full rights to terminate this Lease in accordance with state law and re-enter and re-claim possession of the leased premises, in addition to such other remedies available to Landlord arising from said breach.
Term Termination 8.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
