Other Efforts. The parties to this Agreement may from time to time choose to engage in additional efforts to enhance or support the work contemplated by this Agreement. Such additional efforts shall be separately agreed upon, in writing, by the parties and will be made a part of this Agreement by being attached as an addendum and/or amendment to this Agreement.

Other Efforts. The Chamber will document efforts toward increasing funding resources. The Chamber will provide in its quarterly reports the use of funds provided by the City, and other revenue generated by the Chamber to improve funding leverage (for example, in grant-writing, etc.).
Other Efforts. The JeffCo Forum may also be used to support other regional transportation projects within the Denver Metropolitan Area which impact Jefferson County and its residents. For example, the JeffCo Forum may provide a format for supporting Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) program grant proposals and other transportation funding opportunities for jurisdictions within Jefferson County.
Other Efforts. The Municipalities also agree to consider and, if authorized by their governing bodies, to undertake other efforts aimed at reducing total nitrogen loads to the Great Bay estuary, such as:
i. Urban fertilizer reduction efforts, including limiting the use and nitrogen content of fertilizers, voluntary incentive programs for residential and commercial properties to reduce fertilizer use, and advocacy for legislation as detailed in the NHDES letter of July 27, 2020 (p. 4);
ii. Oyster restoration, wetlands restoration, salt xxxxx restoration, and eelgrass restoration;
iii. Septic system retrofit programs;
iv. Septic system legislation, including statewide legislation as detailed in the NHDES letter of July 27, 2020 (p. 4).
Other Efforts. (a) The parties agree to maintain active membership in the California Urban Water Conservation Council and implement the urban water conservation Best Management Practices as established and from time to time amended by said Council.
(b) Each party hereto expresses its intent to actively pursue and implement water conservation measures designed to reduce demand on the Transmission System during the Summer Months throughout the term of this MOU. Annually, on a date to be set by the Chairperson of the Water Advisory Committee, the parties hereto shall be surveyed and report in writing and describe specific measures implemented and progress achieved in reducing demand on the Transmission System during the Summer Months.
Other Efforts. Subject to this Agreement's terms and conditions, WAC and SONTECH shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all other actions and do, or cause to be done, all other things necessary, proper, or appropriate, under all applicable laws and regulations, to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation,
Other Efforts. The CONSULTANT shall include in any report regarding substitution of DBE firms submitted to the District any other efforts made to meet the DBE requirements that are not listed above.

The Undersigned acknowledges that Medtronic is engaged in various research and development or other efforts, one or more of which may involve subject matters that are similar to or the same as those covered in the Undersigned’s Confidential Information, and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall, directly or indirectly, be construed to limit the right of Medtronic to continue those efforts, provided that Medtronic otherwise complies with its obligations under this Agreement.
