Copies of the final budgets shall be made available to school members of the bargaining unit. 3. The school staff shall provide input on the plan from its inception to the agreement on the final plan. Schools are encouraged to submit plans to Human Resources by May 1st of each school year in the event that the school may qualify for an award distribution in the next school year.
