Shareholder Register. Following the Closing, the Company covenants and agrees to deliver to each Noteholder, upon written request, an excerpt from the shareholders’ register of the Company evidencing the registration of such Noteholder’s ownership of the Exchange Shares, duly certified by the Company.
Shareholder Register. The shareholder names, number of shares held by each shareholder, shareholding ratio of each shareholder and pledge information of Shanghai Jiayin Finance Technology Co., Ltd. are as below:
Shareholder Register. The shareholders register of the Company held by the Registry Company (independent registrar) or the central securities depository (as applicable) reflects exclusively the shareholdings of the Seller and shall reflect accurately the shareholdings of the Proposed acquirer as of the Closing Date.

The shareholders register of the Company, held by the Registry Company (independent registrar) or the central securities depository (as applicable), reflects accurately the shareholdings of the Seller and shall reflect accurately the shareholdings of the Acquirer as of the Closing Date. Shareholder Register. A copy, duly certified by an officer of the Purchaser dated as of the Initial Closing date, of the Purchaser’s shareholders register, reflecting the registration by the Purchaser of the issue of the Initial Closing Shares to the Seller.
Shareholder Register. A copy, duly certified by an officer of the Company and dated as of the Initial Closing date, of the Company’s shareholders register, in the form attached as Schedule 2.2.1(d) hereto, reflecting the registration by the Company of the issuance of the Initial Preferred B Shares to the Investors, in the respective numbers set forth opposite the name of each Investor on Schedule A.

A copy of its shareholders register evidencing (i) the ownership by the Pledgor of its entire share capital and (ii) the registration of the pledge granted pursuant to the Luxembourg Pledge Agreement. SCHEDULE 4 ASSUMPTIONS The opinions expressed in this Opinion Letter have been made on the following assumptions which are made both on the date of this Opinion Letter and on the date where the Transactions Documents have been entered into and for any time period in between such dates.
Shareholder Register. On or before the Effective Date, XTRX shall deliver a detailed shareholder register of the XTRX Shareholders, which will include, at a minimum, the number of XTRX Shares held by each XTRX Shareholder, and their respective registration and delivery instructions.
