Shareholders who individually do not fulfil the requirement of the minimum number of shares required to attend and vote at the General Meeting may pool their shares and delegate their representation at the Meeting to a representative who must be a shareholder. The intention to exercise this right of share pooling and the identity of the representative shall be reported to the Board of Directors of the Company at least five days prior to the date of date of the General Shareholders’ Meeting; otherwise the above shall be null and void. Shareholder pooling must be accredited in a written document signed by all shareholders in the pool, specifically for each Shareholders' Meeting, clearly designating which shareholder from among them shall be their representative.
