Sheltered Facilities. a. The Employer shall provide a proper and adequate place of shelter sufficiently heated and securely locked in which the employees may eat their lunch and store their clothing. Further, if a trailer is used at the job site for storage of the Employer’s tools and equipment, in addition to use as lunchroom facilities, the tool storage area will be partitioned off. The lunchroom facilities will be heated when necessary. b. Sanitary toilets shall be provided in accordance with provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario. The facilities referred to herein will be provided before work commences on the job. c. It is further agreed that drinking water and paper cups will be provided for employees on all jobs and that washing water will be provided.
