Boot and Clothing Allowance. The Employer will pay an allowance of five dollars ($5.00) per pay period added to each pay.

The allowance is intended as reimbursement for the purchase of work clothing, including seasonal weather gear, as necessary to perform work for the Employer. Presentation of receipts that represent spending in excess of the allowance, aggregated annually, may be required by the Employer. This provision becomes effective April 1, 2019.
