Common use of Shift Co-ordination Allowance Clause in Contracts

Shift Co-ordination Allowance. An employee classified at Level 1 who is directed to act as a designated Shift Co-ordinator for the whole of a shift will be paid a higher duties allowance to the rate prescribed for Level 2 increment point 1.

Shift Co-ordination Allowance. An employee classified at Level 1 who is directed to act as a designated Shift Co-Co- ordinator for the whole of a shift will shall be paid a higher duties allowance to the rate prescribed for Level 2 increment point 1.
