SHIFT PREMIUM AND WEEKEND PREMIUM. 22.01 Each employee shall receive a shift premium at a rate of $1.10 per hour worked for each shift which commences between 1400 – 2400 hours. When an employee commences work at or prior to 1400 hours, he/she is paid the shift premium for all hours worked after 1400 hours, providing the majority of the normal shift hours are worked after 1400 hours. Shift premium is in addition to any other applicable premium, but shall not be pyramided by any overtime payment.
