Common use of SHIFT PREMIUM AND WEEKEND PREMIUM Clause in Contracts

SHIFT PREMIUM AND WEEKEND PREMIUM. 1701 a) An employee scheduled and required to work any hours between 1800 hours and the next succeeding 2400 hours, as part of her regular shift, shall be paid an evening shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) [one dollars and seventy-five cents ($1.75) effective April 1, 2016] per hour for the hours worked between 1500 hours and 2400 hours.
