Shift Premium Pay. (A) A member who is scheduled to work on the Compressed Work Week Schedule, as set out in Schedule D of this agreement, shall receive a $375 per annum shift premium. (B) A member, not covered by paragraph (A), who is scheduled to work on a schedule which includes shifts with varying start times shall receive a $225 per annum shift premium. Shifts with varying start times are defined as shift schedules which include start times after 11:00 a.m. (C) If a member is scheduled to work a shift schedule set out in paragraphs (A) or (B) for less than a full calendar year, he or she shall receive a pro rata amount for the actual amount of time he or she was scheduled to work on the applicable shift rotation.
