Common use of Shift Representation Clause in Contracts

Shift Representation. The Association may select one representative per shift and one alternate representative per shift to act in the absence of the representative. These shift representatives shall be certified to the City in writing upon request. Only those representatives certified by the Association in writing will be permitted to conduct business on behalf of the Association.
