Common use of Shift Trafficking Clause in Contracts

Shift Trafficking. (a) Trafficking in shift exchanges is prohibited. Any employee who demands or accepts, by demand or arrangement, money or any other form of benefit in kind for arranging exchange of shifts, duties or days off will be instantly dismissed. (b) Any supervisor or manager who knowingly condones any of the prohibited exchange activities outlined in clause 19.5.3(a) will also be dismissed.
