Shift Work Compensation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall compensate scheduled shift work as defined in Clause as follows: Evening Shift will be compensated at one hundred and eight percent (108%) of the basic hourly rate, and Night Shift at one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the basic hourly rate.
