Common use of Shift Work Compensation Clause in Contracts

Shift Work Compensation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall compensate scheduled shift work as defined in Clause 31.3 as follows: Evening Shift will be compensated at one hundred and eight percent (108%) of the basic hourly rate, and Night Shift at one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the basic hourly rate.
