Common use of Shipper Clause in Contracts

Shipper. The term “Shipper” includes any agent of, or contractor with, Shipper contractually obligated to deliver natural gas to the Receipt Point for the account of Shipper, without regard to whether such agent or contractor holds title to the natural gas while such gas is being transported by Transporter.
