Shipper’s Load and Count. If Shipper pre-loads trailers or semi-trailers and a representative of Co-Broker is not present to verify cargo count or stowage adequacy during the loading process, the load shall be considered as moving on a “shipper’s load and count" basis regardless of whether it is sealed or whether “SL&C" or a similar notation appears on the Uniform Receipt
