SHIPPING WEIGHT. The Contractor will be advised in writing by the COR as to the maximum weight allowance to be shipped and/or stored. The Contractor shall not exceed these weights without the COR's consent. If the shipment portion exceeds the maximum authorized weight, the COR must be informed. The Contractor shall remove items specified by the COR at no additional cost to the Government or employee. If a shipment is forwarded which exceeds the maximum weight designated in writing by the COR, the Contractor shall be responsible for all costs on that portion of the shipment which exceeds the maximum weight designated.

SHIPPING WEIGHT. Weight, in pounds, of the product when in its shippable (i.e. packaged or boxed) configuration.
SHIPPING WEIGHT. Regardless of any estimate of shipping weight given in a quotation, NPAS's actual shipping weights are to govern the performance of this Agreement. If such an approximate weight is offered, shown or calculated, Buyer shall nevertheless accept NPAS's shipping weights as the basis of full and complete delivery, and make payment therefor.
SHIPPING WEIGHT. The minimum shipping weight is one pound and must include the weight of the shipping materials.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.
