Shop Visits. The Business Representative or duly authorized representative of the Union shall be allowed to visit the Employer's shop or jobs for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being enforced. This right shall be exercised reasonably. The Employer shall be notified at the commencement of a shop visit.
