– SHORT TERM DISABILITY PLAN AND LONG TERM DISABILITY. 20.01 Previous Sick Leave Plan Any sick leave plan (illness allowance plan) in existence immediately prior to April 14, 2009 shall be terminated and no longer in force or effect except for those provisions noted herein. April 14, 2009 shall be deemed to be the Transfer Date for purposes of this Article.
